What do I need to do before I store my potatoes?

Ensure your potatoes are dry, do not wash them before storage as exposure to moisture invites rotting and greening. The first step to sort through them to separate the ones best suited for storage remove any with puncture marks, large cuts or blemishes, eat these first.

What temperature do I store potatoes?

The ideal temperature for storing potatoes is between 5° and 10°C.
